November at the Holiday: The Quiet Beauty of Door County's Off-Season

As the vibrant hues of fall will soon transition to the serene whites of winter, we at the Holiday Music Motel take a moment to reflect and give thanks. This past season has been nothing short of remarkable, filled with the laughter and warmth of guests who’ve traveled from near and far. Your stories and smiles have brightened our days, and we are profoundly grateful for each person who chose to make our motel a part of their journey.

Off-Season Beauty and Tranquility

Door County’s charm doesn’t wane as the leaves fall; rather, it transforms. The off-season unveils a quieter landscape, where long walks on deserted beaches and peaceful evenings by the fire are the norms. Starting November 1st, we’re offering rooms starting at just $89. It’s the perfect time for those who appreciate stillness and the opportunity to take Door County at a slower pace, without the summer crowds.

Despite the chill in the air, the warmth of creativity continues to burn brightly at The Tambourine every Thursday night. WRiTERS NiGHT is an opportunity for poets, musicians, and storytellers to come together and share their art. These evenings are a testament to the enduring vibrancy of Sturgeon Bay’s artistic community, offering guests a taste of local culture and the chance to witness the raw, unedited creativity that thrives here.
